Eng. Waleed Al-Tamami: Downtown New Mansoura is the product of experience that began in Saudi Arabia and extended throughout Egypt.

The launch ceremony for the Downtown Mall New Mansoura project, developed by Aseel Real Estate Development Company, was held in the presence of several investment and urban development leaders, businessmen, and members of the Senate. Eng. Waleed Al-Tamami, Chairman of the Board of Directors, delivered a speech in which he emphasized that the project reflects the culmination of extensive experience in the contracting and urban development sectors.

Eng. Al-Tamami explained that the company’s journey began in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he worked in the contracting sector and gained significant experience in executing projects according to the highest technical standards, before extending this experience to the Egyptian market.

He added that his contracting firm has executed numerous major projects in Egypt over the past years, including universities, hospitals, and service and educational buildings in the Delta governorates, in addition to important projects in the New Administrative Capital and various other governorates across the country. He affirmed that this accumulated experience was the foundation for launching a strong venture in the real estate development sector. He pointed out that Aseel Real Estate Development Company bases its projects on a vision of quality, commitment, and meticulous execution, ensuring the delivery of projects that add real value to the market and achieve a balance between investment viability and community service.

He emphasized that the Downtown Mall New Mansoura project was planned to be an integrated commercial and service center that keeps pace with the urban development witnessed in new cities and meets the needs of investors, entrepreneurs, and residents.

Consultant Waleed Al-Tamami concluded his remarks by affirming that the next phase will witness further expansion in real estate projects, while maintaining the trust the company has built over its years of experience in contracting. He stressed that Downtown Mall will be a model reflecting this vision.

The Downtown Mall New Mansoura project is one of the anticipated commercial projects and is part of Aseel Real Estate Development Company’s plan to deliver integrated projects that support urban and economic development.
